Hi everyone. My family is preparing to relocate to the area soon, and we are starting the process of getting pre-approved for a home loan. I am really hoping to bypass the major commercial banks this time around, as we’ve had pretty impersonal experiences with them in the past. We would much prefer to work with a community-first organization that offers flexible options and transparent budgeting tools. Does anyone have a trusted recommendation?
